Big Sapling is Growing!
It’s been awesome watching my company start as a seed and grow into Big Sapling Publishing. My original goal was simple. I wanted to build a platform to make great children’s books so I could get my stories out into the world. That’s still the plan, but it’s time to add some new branches.
While I’m still dedicated to children’s literature, I’m officially expanding Big Sapling to include stories for older readers, starting with my new Urban Fantasy series, Reckoning of the Twelve.
The first book, Chosen of Raza, follows Max Yamata, a guy who survives his eighteenth birthday only to find out he has some unusual and awesome powers. It’s got supernatural mystery, high stakes, and a bit of a dark side. All things I love.
To my readers who are here for the kids’ books… don’t worry, those ideas aren’t going anywhere, and I’ll get back onto them just as soon as I am done making room for these other stories under the same roof.

Beginning on December 22nd 2022, Big Sapling Publishing is proud to publish its first children’s book, “Whooo Whooo Whoooo’s There?”
It has been a long road for sure, but with the help of Barnes and Noble Press, this title is finally available to the public.
